How it works
Our pricing policy
Seven rules. No small print.
Per app, per month
Each application has its own monthly fee. Subscribe to the ones you need and add or remove them whenever you like from your panel. Add an app mid-month and you only pay for the days left; cancel one and you keep using it until the month you already paid for ends.
Unlimited users
Pricing is per notary office. Onboard your whole team —notaries, officers, clerks— at no extra cost per person or per file.
30-day trial
Registering your office starts a 30-day trial of the apps you choose. We ask for a card to activate it, but nothing is charged until it ends; cancel before and you pay nothing. There is one trial per office: apps you add later join your subscription and you only pay for the days left in the month.
Prices exclude VAT
All amounts are shown without VAT. 21 % is added on the invoice.
AI by credits
Artificial intelligence is paid with credits: 1 credit is €0.20. Each app includes a number of credits per month for the whole office. If they run out, buy more (packs never expire) or turn on auto top-up with a monthly limit you decide.
Storage included
Each app includes storage space for your documents. Only what exceeds that space is charged, per GB per month, on the same invoice.
One invoice
One monthly invoice with your office’s tax ID, paid by card through Stripe. Invoices, payment method, adding and removing apps: all from your panel, without calling anyone.
AI credits
How far does a credit go?
One credit is €0.20. Here is what it buys, based on our users’ real usage:
With the 50 credits Consultor includes every month you get over 300 questions to the assistant —about 15 per working day— or 16 opinions.
Indicative figures: a long conversation or one with many documents uses a bit more; a short one, less.
